Stop Work Authority

Every SOUTH-FUTURE employee has both the authority and the responsibility to stop any activity that presents an unacceptable risk to people, equipment, property, or the environment.

Employees are encouraged to report unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately without fear of retaliation. All reported concerns are investigated promptly, and corrective actions are implemented before work resumes.
